The seed of APE&C started with John Oliva in the San Francisco Bay Area. A local 6 IBEW Member, Union NECA contractor, and Patent Holder of the Big "O" Bracket. He worked on many notable buildings from the Embarcaderos to the TransAmerica building. John eventually went into business for himself starting a self employment that is still going on to this day 60 years later through his Son and Grandson. Based originally in California, the leader in green technology; and the tip of the spear in environmental compliance. Mike Oliva
A second generation union electrician Mike started working at his fathers side at a young age. He ended up putting his ticket into Local 580 Oakland. After years of service in 580 he went into business for himself as well. He started his business in the Oakland City Center eventually branching out to the rest of the Bay-Area and finally relocating to Northwest Arkansas.
Kyle Oliva
Working alongside his father as well from a young age. A third generation electrician and former member himself of the IBEW. Working on buildings ranging from the Airbnb Building at 888 Brannan, to the Wells Fargo Building and the Famous "Corporate Godesses" at 580 California St. From CALCTP to Title 24 he is hoping to bring Northwest Arkansas into the green age.
