This unique Georgian style structure was selected as the best project in its class at the Arkansas Chapter ABC awards and was also honored with the Chairman’s Trophy as the top project in the state. It houses the sitting Chancellor of the University and serves as a venue for University receptions. Improvements included a pervious parking surface, ultra high efficiency HVAC systems, and a first-of-its kind LED lighting.
